Turn off the lights!
Imagine the perfect ceremony, with the perfect dress, obviously with the perfect partner in crime. You prepared everything with tons of love to have you perfect wedding, but then the sun goes, or worst the sun is burning your eyes, and almost all your guests have their eyes closed, me as a photographer can’t do a lot to open their eyes… but the thing that I can do for you is to give you some advices to have the perfect lights, all this to have THE PERFECT LIGHT TO YOUR PICTURES, and no more closed eyes or funny faces in the most important moments of your wedding.
Now, remember that this are just advices from me as a photographer.
Every wedding is different, even when it’s in the same place that your brother and best friend chooses three years before. Everything depends with the colors, the set up, but the most important thing it’s the hour and the minute to minute that you planed for that day.
During the day we have the worst and the best hours, the worts because the light it’s very hard are from 1-3 pm. The best are from… the rest of the day… but wait! I’m not saying that we shouldn’t do anything during the worst hours, keep reading please, I’m going to separate in some parts the day.

Look some props that help to soften the light if your wedding it’s outdoor in hardest hours.
Go to the venues at the same time to your event to see how you will look.

Try to use the golden hour to important moments, or maybe some artificial warms lights.
